Combine the marinade ingredients with the chicken and refrigerate for a few hours, ideally overnight. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.
Preheat the barbecue to low heat then place the chicken breast on the grill. Cook it for about 10 minutes on each side (or longer depending on the size of the chicken). The chicken will be ready when the internal temperature reaches 75˚C.
Let the chicken rest for ten minutes before slicing. Garnish then serve.
