Ingredients
    Main Ingredients
  • Cauliflower cut into steaks
  • Roast Vegetables & Fries Spice Blend
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Garnish
  • Parsley
  • Lime Juice
  • Mint Yoghurt Sauce
  • 1 cup Thick Greek Yoghurt
  • Lemon Juice (half of a lemon)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Garlic Clove (minced)
  • 1 tsp White Wine Vinegar
  • Drizzle of Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200˚C (fan-forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Lay the cauliflower on the tray. Then sprinkle the Roast Vegetables & Fries spice blend, along with salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil on top.

  3. Put the tray in the oven and roast the cauliflower for 15 minutes. Remove it from the oven and flip over. Season with more Roast Vegetables & Fries spice blend, salt, pepper and olive oil. Return the tray to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile, combine all the yogurt sauce ingredients in a bowl. When the cauliflower is ready, drizzle the yogurt sauce over. Also sprinkle some parsley, additional Roast Vegetables & Fries spice blend, and serve with lime wedges.
