  • 2 Sirloin Steaks
  • The Gourmet Collection Roasted Garlic & Red Capsicum spice blend
  • 1 Baguette
  • Cheese & Chive cream cheese
  • Light sour cream
  • Balsamic glaze

    Season sirloins with The Gourmet Collection Roasted Garlic and Red Capsicum spice blend.

    Cook directly over hot charcoal.

    While the steaks are cooking, add ½ wheel of cheese and chive cream cheese, 2 tbsp light sour cream – mix well.

    Remove the steaks once they reach an internal temperature of 50°C, rest for 5 minutes, then slice.

    Place a smear of the cream cheese on top of the sliced baguette and then the steak.

    Top with balsamic glaze. Serve immediately! Enjoy!
