Mix Greek yogurt, lemon, garlic and The Gourmet Collection Butter Chicken spice blend.

Cube up mushrooms, capsicum and chicken breast.

Add to the yogurt mixture and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Chop cucumber, lemon, garlic and stir in a separate bowl.

Skewer the chicken, mushroom and capsicum.

Smoke/bake at 150˚C until the chicken reaches 74˚C internal.

Drizzle over with the yogurt sauce.
