Grilled Pork Chops

  1. Drizzle the pork with olive oil and season it with Kebab-A-Que spice blend. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, but preferably overnight.

  2. Remove the pork from the fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking. Preheat the barbecue to its highest heat setting for 15 minutes.

  3. Grill the pork chops, cooking each side for approximately five minutes. Thicker pieces may require more time. Make sure the internal temperature reaches 65˚C. Let the grilled pork rest for five minutes before serving.
