Garlic Brioche Buns

Cream Cheese Filling


  1. Preheat the oven to 180˚C (fan-forced).

  2. Whisk together all the cream cheese filling ingredients in a bowl until the mixture is smooth. Transfer the filling to a piping bag. Make an X-shaped incision in the brioche buns, taking care not to cut all the way through. Pipe the filling into the buns.

  3. Brush the buns with an egg wash and sprinkle a bit more Garlic Bread seasoning over the top. Put them in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Garnish then serve.
