Yoghurt Sauce


  1. Preheat the barbecue to high heat.

  2. Spread ghee, butter, or lard evenly over the corn and sprinkle with Pineapple, Mango & Lime Chipotle spice blend.

  3. Combine all the ingredients for the yogurt sauce and stir them together.

  4. Put the corn on the barbecue and continuously rotate it until the corn develops charred spots after 8-10 minutes. Garnish with yogurt sauce, parsley, cheddar cheese and a squeeze of lime juice.
